I took an amazing online class during the great shutdown. We practiced on 12”x 12” panels. So I’ve now been working on many of those. The bigger pieces are on cradeled board which is a piece of birch mounted on a 1 3/4” deep wooden support. Working on board is very forgiving — you can scratch, scrape, sand, and more.
